Hasna M. Mudeizi

An alumni of Lugulu Girls High School, Webuye, Mudeizi is the senior partner in the firm. She successfully completed her Master’s program in Public Policy and Administration from Kenyatta University, Nairobi currently awaiting graduation. She holds an LLB degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in [Economics & Political Science]. Mudeizi was admitted for the post graduate diploma in Law at the Kenya School of Law [KSL] in the year 2000. She joined the firm of Messrs Kiage & Co. Advocates under pupillage programme where she successfully completed and consequently admitted to the bar in the year 2003. She then joined the firm of Messrs Kandie Kimutai & Co. Advocates as a Legal Assistant & Associate until 2005 when she resigned to establish the firm of Messrs. H. M. Mudeizi & Co. Advocates. She has since then been in active practice of law.
Her areas of specialization include: Conveyancing and Real Estate, Environment and Land Laws, Energy and Infrastructure Laws, Mergers, Acquisition, Joint Ventures & Private Equity.
On the 6th September 2017, Mudeizi was duly elected and sworn in as the Speaker of the County Assembly of Vihiga.
Philip K. Mtange

An alumni of Starehe Boys Centre, Nairobi, Mtange is a Co-partner in the firm. He holds a Bachelors of Law [LLB] degree from Shivaji University having graduated in the year 2000. He was admitted to Kenya School of Law [KSL] the same year for a postgraduate diploma in law. He joined the firm of Messr. Koperer & Co. Advocates for pupilage programme and upon successful completion of the pupilage cause was admitted to the bar in the year 2002. He was retained by Messers. Kopere & Co. Advocates in the capacity of a Legal Assistant & Associate. Mr. Mtange resigned in the year 2006 and joined the firm of H.M. Mudeizi & Co. Advocates as a partner in the firm. He has since been in active practice of law.
His areas of specialization include: Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Company Law, Intellectual Property rights, Mining and Prospecting Law, Constitutional and Judicial review, excellent in civil litigation.
Fatuma I. Hussein

Fatuma Ibrahim Hussein is an Advocate & Partner in the firm. She attended University of Nairobi from where she graduated in the year 2014 with a degree in Law (LLB). She enrolled for a post graduate diploma in law at the Kenya School of Law in 2015 and did her pupillage at Abdulrahman, Saad for six months. Miss Fatuma then joined the firm of H.M. Mudeizi & Co. Advocates as an Advocate & Associate to date. Ms. Fatuma is keen in specializing in the following areas: Conveyancing and Land Laws, Corporate and Commercial Law, Family [Probate and Administration], Public Procurement & Private Partnerships.
Beniah Okong’o

Mr. Okong’o is an Advocate & Associate in the firm. He obtained his High School educa_on at The Aga Khan High School, Mombasa between 2006-2009. He thereafter joined Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi in 2010 to pursue an LLB degree course. He graduated in 2013 and was admitted to Kenya School of Law the following year, for a postgraduate diploma in law. Upon successful completion of the aforesaid course and a six-month pupillage programme at Messrs. Sichangi Partners Advocates, he thereafter did his holding-over at Professor Tom Ojienda & Associate Advocates for a period of one and a half years. He got admitted to the bar in 2016. He currently ably heads the Litigation department at the firm of H. M. Mudeizi & Co. Advocates dealing with a wide range of Litigation matters from Land and Commercial disputes to Employment and Labour Relations Disputes. He has gained a wide range of Litigation experience from previous Law Firms, particularly Prof. Tom Ojienda & Associate Advocates where he was exposed to complex Constitutional and Election Petition among other diversified Litigation Matters.

Irumba Ismael

Mr. Irumba Ismael is an advocate/associate in the firm of H.M Mudeizi & Co. Advocates. He obtained High School education at East High School Ntinda-Kampala. He is a University Graduate with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) Kampala Campus.
In 2013, he was admitted to Kenya School of Law for a postgraduate diploma in law. Upon successful completion of the aforesaid course and a six-month pupillage programme at Messrs Gertrude Matata &Co Advocates, he later joined the firm of Jambo & Co. Advocates- Kirumira Towers Kampala for holding over programme.
He currently ably serves under the Litigation department at the firm of H. M. Mudeizi & Co. Advocates dealing with a wide range of Litigation matters from Land and Commercial disputes to Employment and Labour Relations Disputes, Constitutional and election Petions besides other litigation areas. He has gained a wide range of Litigation experience from the aforementioned law Firms.
